Global Services Sector Leadership and Management
The GSS Leadership and Management is a robust Programme which is designed for persons who
are desirous of developing the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to function effectively
and efficiently in a Leadership or Management role within the GSS environment. It supports the
strategic focus to move to higher value-added jobs in the sector.
The programme requires completion of 1,176 hours of in class training and on-the-job learning
over approximately a 9–12-month period.
At the end of the programme, graduates will receive the customized certificate in GSS
Leadership and Management and will be qualified to work as a manager. They will become
competent Leaders and Managers to guide the operations within their company, contributing to
the improved efficiency of operations and maximum productivity.
